Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Eric Bryant (“Provider”). By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving any service, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not receive services.
1. Nature of Services
1.1. Non-Therapeutic Services Only.
All services provided are non-therapeutic, non-clinical massage services intended solely for relaxation, comfort, and personal enjoyment.
1.2. No Massage Therapy or Medical Treatment.
Although I formerly attended the Virginia School of Massage and was previously a Certified Massage Therapist, I am no longer a certified massage therapist. I do not provide massage therapy, clinical treatment, medical treatment, or any service requiring a professional license under Virginia law or any other jurisdiction.
1.3. No Diagnosis or Claims.
Services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness, injury, disease, or medical condition. No representation or guarantee is made regarding any health or therapeutic outcomes.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1. Health Conditions.
Clients must disclose any condition that could affect the session or pose risk (including injuries, surgeries, allergies, cardiovascular issues, neurological conditions, pregnancy, etc.).
2.2. Medical Advice.
Clients agree to consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns. Services provided are not a substitute for medical or licensed therapeutic care.
2.3. Session Behavior.
Inappropriate, sexual, aggressive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
2.4. Minors.
Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present and consenting.
3. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds
3.1. Payment.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Cancellations.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee up tpo 100% percent of the cancelled session.
3.3. Refunds.
Refunds are not provided once services have been rendered.
4. Assumption of Risk
4.1. Voluntary Participation.
By receiving services, the Client affirms they are voluntarily participating and assume all risks associated with receiving non-therapeutic massage.
4.2. Physical Limitations.
Client acknowledges that massage involves touch, pressure, and physical contact which may not be suitable for all individuals.
5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to:

Hold harmless
[Your Name / Business Name], including its owners, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all claims, injuries, damages, liabilities, costs, or losses arising out of or connected to the services provided, including but not limited to physical discomfort, allergic reactions, or aggravation of existing conditions.
This release applies whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except in cases of willful misconduct.
6. No Warranty
Services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, therapeutic benefit, or specific outcome.
7. Privacy
Client information is kept confidential except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm, court order).
8. Termination of Services
The Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for any reason, including safety concerns, health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these Terms.
9. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling, booking, paying for, or receiving services from [Business Name], you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, including the Liability Release and the acknowledgment that services are not massage therapy.
Your continued use of services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Virginia courts.
